The ITS JPO administered the 2019 Small Urban and Rural Transit Survey to measure the deployment of ITS among a random sample of small urban and rural transit agencies. This effort represents the ITS JPO’s first survey of small urban and rural transit agencies. The survey instrument, data, and final report are available for download.
